Broadpoint Construction Announces Two Prominent Hospitality Projects

Broadpoint Construction, one of Delaware’s top commercial contractors, recently announced it has been selected by two prominent restaurateurs to build out their new restaurants.

Broadpoint is underway with the tenant fit-out for the second location for grandpa MAC’s – James Beard Nominee Chef Hari Cameron’s unique, fresh-made pasta restaurant. Located in the Harbor Square shopping center on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, the new grandpa MAC’s is expected to open late this summer. The new grandpa MAC’s adds another excellent eatery to Chef Cameron’s offerings, which include the innovative farm-inspired a(MUSE.) and the original grandpa MAC’s on Baltimore Avenue in Rehoboth Beach.

Furthering the company’s position as the go-to builder for hospitality projects, J.D. Shuckers has hired Broadpoint Construction to build their second location in Georgetown, Delaware. The new Shuckers is located in the Shops at College Park across from the DelTech Community College campus and is expected to open this fall. The project architecture was provided by Element Design Group and Erin Marshall Interior Design is providing interior design services.

John Schneider, President of Broadpoint Construction, said “We’re thrilled to be a part of these two exciting projects. Each owner has developed a unique and customized experience for their customers, and the attention to detail and craftsmanship that Broadpoint is known for fits perfectly with the vision and design for these restaurants. We are proud that these owners entrusted their new projects to Broadpoint and that our reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects on schedule continues to grow in the region.”
